All seeds are sold fresh and are stored in conditions to promote their viability, as well as guaranteed to be disease-free when supplied.
As for seed germination and plant growth, these are indeed subject to several factors, including the conditions in which they are raised (including; but not limited to: Light, humidity, soil, water); and obviously; the skill of each producer.
These factors are completely beyond our control, so all seeds and plants are offered on this basis.
