Description
Bomarea multiflora prefers its cultivation in sand-close soil, that holds good moisture; a sunny site and is resistant to temperature up to (- 6.5 ° c).
Bomarea is a rare climber and extraordinarily beautiful, the genero is related to alstroemia, lirio peruano, always present in floral arrangements.
This rare variety makes a true show in flowering. Their multicolored flowers explode in orange lights and stained in tones that go from yellow to october producing a great show during the spring and summer. Ripe plants may flower for the year all, in addition to many other varieties in the gender.
Only rich, that offers good drainage and can remove any moisture, will provide the basic requirements for the species to prosper and present us with wonderful arrangements during the year.
In very hot regions, i suggest to provide some shading and plant only in site that receives the morning sun.
Seeds for this species are rare.
